CEO Dan Abrams is an attorney and the Chief Legal Analyst for NBC News and MSNBC. He held the top managerial position at MSNBC — presiding over a period of unprecedented growth with ratings and profits each increasing well over 50% during his tenure. During that period Dan was a member of the NBC Universal President's Council.

He has also long been one of NBC's best known on-air personalities and hosted numerous nightly news programs on MSNBC. As a reporter, Dan covered the highest-profile legal cases of the past two decades for NBC and, prior to that, for Court TV. He launched Abrams Research in November 2008 and is now an outside consultant to NBC.
